Everything to Know: Syncing DeltaNet and LoLo

Your source for info about syncing your DeltaNet account to your LoLo account.

How to set it up

A DeltaNet integration must be set up at the partner level in LoLo - meaning if we have an Enterprise Partnership with your brokerage and we've worked together with DeltaNet to set up a contact sync for your brokerage, you'll have access!

Can I SSO from Delta to LoLo?

Yes, usually there's an SSO set up inside of your DeltaNet account that will take you directly into your LoLo account. This may vary in location, so if you're having trouble finding it, reach out to your internal brokerage source for all things Delta.

How do I add a new contact from Delta to LoLo?

When we worked with your brokerage to set up your Delta contact sync, we established a specific group name for each gift area. You'll simply add a contact to the specific group where you want them to receive a gift. It's likely you can find these groups in your Delta account by searching - start with LoLo and see what pops up! If you need help determining what the groups are, reach out to your internal brokerage Delta rep, or LoLo support at support@joinlolo.com

How often do changes sync from Delta to LoLo?

Every night LoLo pulls an updated list from Delta, so any changes you make in your Delta account today should be visible in your LoLo account tomorrow morning.

How do I choose a gift area for my contacts when syncing them?

Your contacts will be placed in a specific gift area based on which LoLo group you add them to. If you need to update the gift area for the contact, remove them from the current group they're in and add them to the new group.

How do I remove a contact from LoLo that's syncing from Delta?

To remove syncing contacts from LoLo, remove the contact from the LoLo group in your Delta account. You cannot delete the contact from the LoLo platform if they are syncing from your CRM.

What if a contact is tagged in Delta, but is not showing in LoLo?
