# How do I add new contacts to LoLo?

## Follow these steps to add new contacts to LoLo

Inside your LoLo account, click on the “Contacts” tab.

You have two options for adding contacts:

**Choose the "Import” button to bulk add a list of contacts**

- First, you'll prep your file for import, including adding the proper headers and filling in the contact info. If you include a zip code for each contact LoLo will match them to the closes gift area (within 30 miles). Otherwise you can include a zone name, or set the gift area after import.
- Once your file is ready, you'll follow the steps on screen to import it.

- You’ll manually add their name, email and/or mobile number, zip code and select their gift area

***You may have a third option: CRM sync***

If your enterprise partner (brokerage) had partnered with LoLo to set up a CRM sync, you may be able to add your contacts to groups or tag your contacts to automatically sync them to LoLo. Learn more about CRM integrations here.
