You may disable your 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) in LoLo from your profile. Make sure you have your authentication app handy.
To disable your 2FA LoLo setup, follow these steps:
- Click on your name in the lower left corner of your LoLo account
- Choose View Profile
- Scroll down below the password settings to the "enable 2-factor authentication" toggle button - it should be blue, indicating that it is turned on. If it is gray, you do not have 2FA configured.
- Click the blue toggle button and a popup will appear asking for an authentication code to disable your setup:

- Open the authentication app you chose when you setup your 2FA in LoLo. Find the entry for LoLo and gather the verification code from the app
- Enter the verification code from your app into the box in the popup on your LoLo screen
- Click the blue "Verify and Disable" button
- You will see a banner that tells you the process has succeeded!
