# Sending Your First Gift

## You will receive an email notification one week before a gift becomes available for sending, as well as another email when the gift is ready in your account.

If you have recently subscribed and do not see a gift available under the "Gift Campaigns" tab, there's no need to worry!

You'll be notified via email a week prior to a gift being available for sending, and again when a gift is ready in your account.

The contacts that are uploaded to your account at the time a gift copies will be automatically assigned to your gift(s). You'll have 48 hours from the time a gift is ready in your account until it automatically sends on your behalf. 

Once you've been notified that a gift is ready, you can log in and personalize your gift message any time prior to the auto-send, or let the message send with our pre-written message.
