Here's how to update the branding in your LoLo account.
To edit your email header color and add your brand logo and tagline:
- Log into your LoLo account
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner
- Choose “Edit Brand”
Don't see "Edit Brand" in your dropdown? If you're subscribed to LoLo as part of an Enterprise account with your company, branding has been determined by the company and is locked inside your account. If you've left your company and would like to have your account moved so you can update your branding, reach out to customer support and we'll help you complete these steps!
- Make your desired updates
- Click "Save My Changes" at the bottom of the form.
You can edit the following:
- Company Name
- Company Message (Optional)
- Company Phone (Optional)
- Logo for the email header (Optional)
- Logo for the email footer and gift details pages (Optional)
- Email header and footer colors (Optional)
Scroll below the settings list to preview the gift email with your branding settings updated. Note: The preview gift generated is random and isn't necessarily a gift you will be able to send or something from your area.
