What does “waitlist” mean?

This means that another subscriber is already sending this contact the gift of the month and they are now on your waitlist.

LoLo only allows gift recipients to receive the gift from one sender in an area. This is to ensure our subscribers are staying top of mind. The contact will come off the waitlist if the other subscriber removes them from their list or unsubscribes from LoLo.

You may see a contact on your list is labeled as Inactive, with a reason of "waitlisted - position 2" - this means that the contact is on the waitlist and in position 2, or second after the sender who is actively sending gifts. If you see a different number listed, there are more users who entered the contact prior to the time you did.

How is the waitlist determined?

LoLo records the date when a contact is added to our database. This date plays a crucial role in establishing the waitlist order. It's important to note that if you delete a contact and then re-add them, the inserted date will change, which may affect the current waitlist arrangement. Therefore, proceed with caution when managing your contacts to maintain the desired waitlist sequence.

Am I billed for waitlisted contacts?

When a contact is on the waitlist, their status will be marked as "inactive." This means that LoLo will not process any gift deliveries to these inactive contacts, ensuring that you will not incur any charges for them.

How do I get the contact off the waitlist?

There's no way to change the waitlist order, however, if the other user associated with this contact decides to remove them from their account or cancels their LoLo subscription, the contact will automatically become active for you.
