How do I resend a gift to a contact?

Reach out to LoLo to get a copy of the contact's gift link.

If you’d like to resend a gift link to someone, just reach out to our LoLo Support team at support@joinlolo.com. Please provide us with the contact’s email or phone number, along with the gift details (whether it’s for a specific month or vendor), and we’ll happily send the link your way so you can share it with them!

Please be aware that we can only resend a gift link for contacts who originally received the gift. If a contact missed the initial delivery—whether because they were added after the gift was sent or were inactive at that time—we are unable to provide a new link for them.
