How do I resend a gift to a contact?

From the contacts page, you can click on any contact and resend a gift.

If you'd like to resend a gift to a recipient who received it originally, you can do so by going to the Contacts page, selecting a contact, and then clicking the envelope or word bubble to resend the gift email or gift text. Please scroll through the full list of steps below:

 

Please be aware that we can only resend a gift link for contacts who originally received the gift. If a contact missed the initial delivery—whether because they were added after the gift was sent or were inactive at that time—we are unable to provide a new link for them.

Additionally:

- To resend the email, the recipient must have received the gift message via email originally.
- To resend the text, the recipient must have received the gift message via text originally.
- The gift must still be active for the resend functionality to work.
