Interactions = opening, clicking, redeeming, etc.
To see activity for each contact:
- Inside your LoLo account, click on the “Contacts” tab. In the columns to the right of each contact you’ll see stats for each contact on how many gifts have been sent, delivered, redeemed and the number of interactions for each recipient.
- To see more specific interactions for a specific contact, click on the magnifying glass to the right of their name. This will take you to their details page and show you a full activity table.
Looking to improve your engagement score? Make sure you're sending campaigns each month to contacts that are interested - don't see any interactions for a contact? Use LoLo as a reason to call or text - get a conversation started. You can always remove contacts that aren't interacting and add new contacts instead!
