My payment failed, how do I send my gifts?

If you've received a failed payment notice, please log in and update your card on file.

In your billing portal, you will see the invoice with the failed payment. You can update your card on file and pay the failed invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, your gifts will automatically be delivered!


To update your payment information, please do the following:

  • Click on "Billing" on the left hand side of your account
  • Click on the green "Edit Your Payment Method" button
  • You will be taken to our partner, Stripe, to enter and store your payment information on their secure customer portal.
  • Once you've entered your info, click on "Return to LoLo"

Please note that any unpaid invoices will be voided after 14 days and those gift campaigns will not be delivered.
