My payment failed, how do I send my gifts?

If you've received a failed payment notice, please log in and update your card on file.

We want to let you know that, for now, we’re unable to retry failed payments for delivery. We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re actively working to restore the ability to retry both payments and deliveries. If your payment didn’t go through, please take a moment to update your card details for next month’s delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


To update your payment information, please do the following:

  • Click on "Billing" on the left hand side of your account
  • Click on the green "Edit Your Payment Method" button
  • You will be taken to our partner, Stripe, to enter and store your payment information on their secure customer portal.
  • Once you've entered your info, click on "Return to LoLo"
