Suggest A Local Business

We welcome your suggestions! Email your recommendations to support@joinlolo.com, and they'll be submitted to our gift curation team for review. All we need to get started is the business name and location. If you have a contact at the business, you’re welcome to share their information or introduce us directly, but it’s not required.

The local account manager for that area will review the business to determine whether it’s a good fit for the LoLo program. If it meets our criteria, the account manager will reach out to the business to explore a partnership and coordinate scheduling. While we can’t guarantee every recommendation will be selected, we appreciate your help in identifying great local businesses to feature!

What types of businesses can I recommend?
We work with independently owned businesses. No franchises or chains, though locally owned restaurant groups are welcome.

The business needs to be a place people can visit, such as a storefront or a food truck with a permanent spot. It should be easy to find, so we usually skip businesses inside another business or a shopping mall. Food halls are the exception.

We can partner with businesses that have up to five locations in a metro area. If they have more than one nearby, every location must accept the gift, so no recipient gets turned away. Open four or more days a week, so recipients have plenty of time to redeem. Open fewer days, and our team can talk through options.

Our favorite kind of merchant is counter service, one location, a team of ten or fewer. That’s a sweet spot, not a requirement.
