Engagement Score

The first thing you'll see on your dashboard is an engagement score.  That’s our success metric for you! It's the percentage of your contacts that are engaging or interacting with your campaign.

On average we find the typical engagement score is around 70%, which is helpful to keep in mind because redemption rates are usually much lower.

Individual Interactions

Check to see who is engaging with the gifts each month to help inform client outreach and how you interact with your gift campaigns. You can learn more about where to find engagement rates here.

 

Beyond what we can measure in our system, you may log additional interactions with your gift recipients including calls, texts, and social media interactions. These conversations and touchpoints are our goal for you -- they're keeping you connected with your contacts.


Remember, the goal of our program is staying top of mind in a meaningful way, so this is a great reminder that its the interactions -- the opens, the clicks, the fact that people are seeing your emails and texts -- that's what really counts!
