Bounces occur when the receiving server returns to us a code that indicates there is a permanent issue with that server or recipient address.
The most common reason an address will bounce is that the address in question is not valid. You’ll want to double-check the email address you have in your records, or update with a new address.
Have the address correct? Ask your contact to add you to their whitelist or contact list to ensure delivery.
