What does it mean if a contact is inactive?

Contacts become inactive if we are unable to deliver gifts to them. We maybe unable to deliver to them for a variety of reasons

Reasons a contact may be inactive include:

  • They have unsubscribed - they have opted out of all forms of contact (text and email) and our system is no longer delivering the gifts to them.

  • They are on the Waitlist - this means that another subscriber is sending this contact the gift of the month and they are now on your waitlist. Our platform only allows gift recipients to receive the gift from one sender in an area. This is to ensure our subscribers are staying top of mind. The contact will come off the waitlist if the other subscriber removes them from their list or unsubscribes from LoLo.

  • They do not have a gift zone assigned - this means that they may have synced over from a CRM partner and are missing the gift zone, therefore the system can't assign them to a gift. To correct this, click on the "All Contacts" tab and then click "Edit" to the right of a contact missing a gift zone selection. The gift zone will become a dropdown and you can select the zone that works best for the contact.
  • They are missing contact info - if you haven’t added a phone number or email address, we can’t deliver the gift
