When do I get billed for my gifts?

Billing occurs monthly at the time that gifts are sent. 

An invoice will be created and charged one hour prior to the queue time for you campaigns.


You will be billed the delivery fee for the total number of gifts set to be delivered.


If some of your gifts fail to deliver, a credit for those gifts will be added to your account to be applied to your next gift delivery.

At the end of each month, we compare the total number of gifts delivered to your monthly minimum. If you have not met your minimum, we issue an invoice for the difference between what you have already paid and your minimum cost.
