Am I billed for gifts that don’t deliver?

Billing takes place at the time of a gift delivery for all attempted gifts and credits are issued for any that are undeliverable.

 

If we’re unable to successfully deliver a gift to a contact, we’ll add a credit to your account that can be applied to your next gift.

After each delivery, the LoLo platform automatically reviews your send to confirm that the number of contacts with a verified delivery via email or SMS (text) matches the number of contacts you were billed for. If we cannot confirm delivery for any contacts, we’ll credit the associated charges back to your account.
