Billing takes place at the time of a gift delivery and you will be billed for the number of recipients assigned to all gifts set to deliver.
However, we do not charge for gifts that are undeliverable - for any contacts we cannot deliver we will place a credit on your account to be used towards your next gift.
After each delivery, our platform checks to make sure that the number of contacts that have a confirmed delivery via email OR sms (text) matches the number of contacts you were billed for. If there are contacts that we could not confirm delivery to, we will issue a credit for their charges to your account.
