For a temporary change, you can edit the gift to add or remove contacts on that gift specifically.
From time to time you may want to skip sending a gift to a specific contact - sometimes this is due to the type of gift being delivered (alcohol, meat, etc.).
To add or remove a contact from a specific gift:
- When a month's gifts are ready in your account, click on "My Gift Campaigns" and then click "Edit" to the right of the gift you'd like to make changes to.
- Click the "Edit Recipients" button in the top right corner.
- You'll see a list of your contacts with checkboxes next to each name. Check the box to include a contact on this gift, or click the checked box to remove the checkmark and remove the contact from this gift.
- Click "Save and Next" at the top, above your contact list.
This edits only the specific gift - it does not make permanent changes to your contact's gift area assignment.
Don't see "Edit" next to your gifts? These changes can only be made inside the 48 hour window between when a gift becomes available in your account each month, and when it automatically sends.
