Connecting Your Cloze Account to LoLo

You can connect Cloze and LoLo so your contacts can sync from Cloze to LoLo and you only have to manage them in one place.

If you use Cloze as your CRM you can connect Cloze and LoLo to sync your contacts from Cloze to LoLo. This allows you to manage your contacts in Cloze (updates to contact info, updates to contact list, etc.) and have them sync automatically to LoLo.

First, you'll tag your contacts - open a contact in Cloze and add a tag of LoLo to the contact (it is not case sensitive, but don't include any spaces or additional characters). 

Once you're ready to connect your accounts, you'll log into both LoLo and Cloze, then click this link.

Once the connection is established, you'll see this in your LoLo account:

You will not have to use the link again - your accounts are now connected! Any contacts you have already tagged in Cloze should shortly appear in your LoLo account.


Please note: The sync checks the zip code of each of your LoLo tagged contacts to suggest the best
gift zone for that contact. If you don’t have an address with a zip code entered for a
contact, you may want to add it; otherwise you will need to select a gift zone inside of
LoLo.

To remove contacts from LoLo, remove the LoLo tag from the contact record in Cloze. You cannot delete. contacts inside of LoLo that are syncing from your CRM.

Changes made in Cloze, (updates, additions or deletions), should appear in LoLo almost instantly, however, sometimes delays occur (the signals to LoLo could be delayed). If you do not see updates within 24 hours, please feel free to reach out to LoLo's support team.
