No - you pay only the delivery fee at the time of gift sending. You do not pay anything if gifts are redeemed.
LoLo pays the vendors back for each gift redeemed.
LoLo's purpose is to help you stay in touch and top of mind with your contacts. That's why interactions are the success metric in LoLo - not redemptions. We know that while 70% of recipients interact with LoLo campaigns (open, click, etc), only 3-5% of recipients will go redeem their gifts. This means we can keep the cost of delivery low and we don't have to charge you for redemptions - but we can keep you top of mind!
