Does LoLo send reminders to my contacts about the gifts?

Yes - a few reminders go out to your recipients.

For those who do not open the original campaign messages - they receive a reminder 10 days after the first gift message delivered.

For those who have clicked on the “View Gift” button inside an original gift email/text - they receive a reminder to use their gift 14 days prior to expiration and another 3 days prior to expiration.

Those that have redeemed their gift already do not receive reminders.
