How do I cancel my LoLo subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Billing tab. 

Additional Option: While we don't currently have an option to pause your subscription, you can skip a gift delivery at any time. When your campaigns are showing as drafts in your account, you can choose to click the trash can icon next to a gift and this will skip its delivery. You will not be charged for gifts that you skip. Read more about skipping gifts here.

Click on the Billing tab, then choose "Cancel Subscription"

In the pop up box, confirm your cancellation by clicking "Ok"
