# How do I delete a contact (or multiple contacts)?

## Follow these directions to remove contacts from your account.

**To remove a single contact from your account:**

- Inside your LoLo account, click on “Contacts”
- To the left of each contact you'll see a red trash can icon. Click the trash can and confirm in the pop-up box that you want to delete. 
    - ***Is the trash can gray? This contact is syncing from your CRM and needs to be removed there by removing the tag or removing the contact from the LoLo group.***

Make sure you confirm you want to delete this contact, as it cannot be undone.

- Alternatively, click the magnifying glass to the left of the contact. From the contact details page, click the red trash can icon to delete the contact.

**To remove multiple contacts at one time:**

- From the "Contacts" page, click the blue button on the top right with the three vertical dots: ![](https://help.joinlolo.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-4.png?width=59&height=64&name=image-png-4.png)
- Once you've clicked it, a check box will appear on the left hand side of each contact row
- Check the boxes beside the contacts you'd like to delete

- Decided you don't want to delete these contacts? Click the red X button instead.

Confirm that you want to delete the contacts in the pop-up box. Make sure you double-check how many contacts are deleting so you don't remove them by mistake, this can't be undone.
