Follow these directions to remove contacts from your account.
To remove a single contact from your account:
- Inside your LoLo account, click on “Contacts”
- To the far right of each contact (you may have to scroll), you'll see a red trash can icon. Click the trash can and confirm in the pop-up box that you want to delete.
- Make sure you confirm you want to delete this contact, as it cannot be undone.
- Alternatively, click the magnifying glass to the far right of a contact (you may have to scroll). From the contact details page, click the red trash can icon to delete the contact.
Don’t see a red trash can button? You may have a CRM integration in place that allows edits inside of the CRM only. To delete your contact(s), log into your CRM and remove the LoLo tag from the contact. The new info will feed to LoLo.
To remove multiple contacts at one time:
- From the "Contacts" page, click the blue button on the top right with the three vertical dots:
- Once you've clicked it, a check box will appear on the left hand side of each contact row
- Check the boxes beside the contacts you'd like to delete
- Once you've selected them all, click the solid red trash can button that has appeared at the top where the blue button with the dots was previously:
- Decided you don't want to delete these contacts? Click the red X button instead.
- Confirm that you want to delete the contacts in the pop-up box. Make sure you double-check how many contacts are deleting so you don't remove them by mistake, this can't be undone.
