How do I update my credit card on file for payment?
You can manage your credit card and subscription from the Billing tab on the left hand side of your account.
From the billing tab, click the green button under Invoices & Payment Method. You'll be taken to the Stripe Customer Portal so you can securely update your payment method on file.
After you've made your changes, click "Return to LoLo" on the left of the portal:

If you had a failed payment on an invoice, please note that gifts will automatically be delivered after you have paid the failed invoice. Invoices that are unpaid 14 days after they are created are voided, and those campaigns can no longer be delivered.
