How much will I be billed?
Your billing is determined by your subscription rate per contact, the minimum number of contacts required for billing, and the total number of contacts assigned to your campaigns.
At LoLo, your billing is based on a minimum number of contacts. This minimum sets the baseline for how your subscription is calculated. You can always confirm your specific minimum number on your subscription page at https://www.lolo.gifts/billings.
Here’s how billing works step by step:
Before your campaign sends: In the hour leading up to your campaign queue time, we create and charge an invoice for the number of contacts we are attempting to send gifts to. Each gift is billed at your subscription rate, which you can also view at https://www.lolo.gifts/billings.
After delivery: At the end of the delivery day, we review how many gifts were actually delivered successfully. If you were charged for any gifts that did not deliver, we issue a credit. That credit is automatically applied to your next invoice.
End-of-month minimum check: At the end of each month, we compare the total number of gifts delivered to your monthly minimum. If you have not met your minimum, we issue an invoice for the difference between what you have already paid and your minimum cost.
