How much will I be billed?

Your billing is determined by your subscription rate per contact, the minimum number of contacts required for billing, and the total number of contacts assigned to your campaigns.

At LoLo, we set a minimum number of contacts that are used to calculate your billing. Minimum contacts may vary - you can easily find this number on your subscription page within your account (accessible at https://www.lolo.gifts/billings). If, during your first delivery of the month, the number of gifts sent is below this minimum, your billing rate will be calculated using your subscription rate multiplied by the minimum number of contacts. You can also view your subscription rate at https://www.lolo.gifts/billings.

When you send campaigns to more contacts than the minimum required, you will be billed according to the actual number of contacts that the campaigns are set to deliver, multiplied by your subscription rate. In cases where you exceed the minimum requirement and experience any delivery failures, your account will receive a credit for the gifts that did not successfully deliver.

Should you send campaigns in another week within the same month, we will take your previous billing into account. If you have already paid the minimum amount and do not exceed it in your second delivery, there will be no additional charges. You will only incur charges for any gifts delivered beyond the established minimum amount.

Here are some example billing scenarios:

Scenario 1

First Week of Delivery:

Imagine you have assigned 20 contacts to a campaign for delivery. With a subscription cost of $1.75 per recipient per month and a billing minimum of 25 contacts, you will be charged based on the minimum requirement. Therefore, your total charge will be $1.75 multiplied by 25, resulting in $43.75, as you have not met the minimum contact count.

Second Week of Delivery:

In the following week, you assign 5 contacts to a campaign for delivery. Since you already paid for the minimum of 25 contacts in the previous week, there will be no additional charges for this delivery.

Third Week of Delivery:

During the third week, you have 2 contacts assigned to a campaign for delivery. As you have already met the minimum requirement for the month with your previous payment, you will only be charged for the additional delivery. This results in a charge of $1.75 multiplied by 2, which totals $3.50.

Scenario 2

First Week of Delivery:

In the first week of delivery, suppose you have 45 contacts assigned to a campaign. With a subscription cost of $1.75 per recipient per month and a billing minimum set at 25 contacts, you are not only meeting but exceeding this minimum threshold. Consequently, your total charge will be calculated as $1.75 multiplied by 45, resulting in a total of $78.75.

However, imagine 2 of those contacts experience a failure in delivery, you will receive a credit for the undelivered gifts, amounting to $1.75 multiplied by 2, which equals $3.50.
