We might be able to help you send a gift you missed if you didn't send it to any contacts. If you did send it to some contacts, we cannot open it or resend it.
If you missed sending a gift—meaning you did not share it with any contacts—and it was delivered within the last 14 days, we can assist you in sending it to your desired recipients.
However, if you have already delivered a gift to some contacts, please note that we cannot reopen the campaign or send it to additional (new) contacts. Once a gift is delivered, the campaign is considered closed, and we are unable to resend it on your behalf.
