We might be able to help you send a gift you missed if you did not receive a copy of it in your account. If you did have a copy, or sent it to some contacts, we cannot open it or resend it.
If you missed sending a gift because you did not receive a copy of it in your account or send it to any contacts, and it was originally delivered within the last 14 days, we can assist you in sending it to your desired recipients.
However, if the gift copied into your account but you had no contacts assigned to it, or if you have already delivered a gift to some contacts, please note that there's no way to push a missed gift out or resend it. We cannot reopen the campaign or send it to additional (new) contacts. Once a gift is delivered, the campaign is considered closed, and we are unable to resend it on your behalf.
