Why are all of my contacts are inactive after import?

If you haven't yet activated your subscription to LoLo, your contacts may remain in an inactive state.

After you add contacts to your account, our platform looks to see if they can have a gift delivered to them. It's checking to see if they've:

Once it clears these checks the contacts that are deliverable will appear as active. This will happen automatically, although there is sometimes a delay. As long as you have activated your subscription, your contacts will update to active (unless any of the above apply individually contact by contact).

If you haven't yet activated your subscription, your contacts may remain inactive. Once you activate, they should automatically update.

Still showing as inactive? Each contact should show a reason why they are inactive.
