Why are all of my contacts are inactive after import?

After import the platform processes your contacts and they may appear inactive for some time while this happens. They will update automatically as Active once this is complete.

After you add contacts to your account, our platform looks to see if they can have a gift delivered to them. It's checking to see if they've:

Once it clears these checks the contacts that are deliverable will appear as active. This will happen automatically, although there is sometimes a delay. As long as you have activated your subscription, your contacts will update to active (unless any of the above apply individually contact by contact).
