Why didn’t all of my contacts receive the most recent gift?

The most common reason that contacts were left off of a gift delivery is because they were added to your account after a gift was already in draft mode preparing to send. 

Contacts aren’t automatically added to the gifts once they are in draft mode in the account, they have to be manually added to the gifts themselves.

Not to worry - those contacts will be automatically added to the next gift available in your account.
