Why does a contact's email or phone have a line through it?

If you see an email or phone number with a line through it, it means that recipient has unsubscribed from the lined delivery method.

 

Contacts must unsubscribe from both text and email to fully unsubscribe from the program. If they unsubscribe from only one method of delivery, they will continue to receive the gift via the other method of delivery.


If you receive permission from a contact to add their email and/or phone number back to the active/subscribed list, please reach out to us at info@lolo.gifts with the contact's info and we'll add them back to the active list.
