Notify Your Recipients
Let your contacts know they’ve been enrolled in the gift program! This lets them know it’s not spam or too good to be true. Plus, it's an extra touchpoint for you. We've seen a dramatic increase in engagement with the gift campaign when contacts know to expect the gift email/text each month.

 

Share About LoLo
Share about LoLo on social media, in your monthly newsletter, and enroll new recipients at open houses. This is a great way to spread the word about the local business partner, too.

 

Stay In Touch
Use LoLo as a reason to call or write! It’s a great conversation starter not centered around your business, which can help deepen connections even more. The beauty of our program is that it provides multiple opportunities for touchpoints throughout each gift campaign.

 

Get Together
Use the gift of the month to schedule an individual or group meetup with your recipients. We've heard some great stories of folks who plan get togethers each month at the local business or who have invited individuals to come join them to redeem the gift. It's another great way to engage with your network!

 

Track Engagement
Because it’s a digital program, you can log into LoLo at any time and see your current stats. The first thing you'll see on your dashboard is an engagement score.  That’s our success metric for you! It's the percentage of your contacts that are engaging or interacting with your campaign. On average we find the typical engagement score is around 70%, which is helpful to keep in mind because redemption rates are usually much lower. The goal of our program is staying top of mind in a meaningful way, so this is a great reminder that its the interactions -- the opens, the clicks, the fact that people are seeing your emails and texts -- that's what really counts.
