# Can I skip sending gifts?

## You may skip delivery of a gift any month by clicking the trash can icon next to the draft gift under Gift Campaigns.

**To skip gifts:**

**When a gift is ready as a draft** in your “Gift Campaigns” section - click the red trash can icon button to the right of the gift you wish to skip. This will remove the gift from your account - it will no longer be available to you and will not send to your contacts.

 This can be done anytime during the draft period up to 1 hour before gifts deliver. (Delivery queue date and time displayed next to the gift in your account.)

*Note: Alcohol related gifts may be skipped automatically -- to skip alcohol related gifts automatically make sure your [alcohol preferences](https://43583031.hs-sites.com/helpfaq/what-are-alcohol-preferences?hsLang=en) are set to “opt out of alcohol gifts.”*
