How do I update contact information for my recipients?

From the contacts page, you can access and make edits to your contact list.

If you want to update a contact's first name, last name, email, phone number, zip code, or gift area assignment, or if you need to delete a contact, you can conveniently manage these tasks from the Contacts tab located in the left-hand menu:

To begin managing your contacts, navigate to the "Contacts" tab located in the left-hand menu of your LoLo account. There, you will find a green “Edit” button, , resembling a pencil within a square, left of each contact.

When you click the Edit button, a form will appear, enabling you to modify any information related to the contact.

  • When you've completed your edits, click save at the bottom of the form.
  • Decided you don't want to make an edit? Click the X in the top right corner, or click anywhere outside of the form.

If you find that the edit button is inaccessible, this indicates that the contact is sourced from your CRM, preventing any modifications within LoLo. In this case, you will need to perform any necessary updates directly within your CRM.

Need to delete the contact? Click the red trash can icon

If the trash can icon appears gray instead of red, this indicates that you cannot delete the contact in LoLo, as it is currently synced with your CRM. To proceed with the deletion, please navigate to your CRM and either remove the LoLo tag associated with the contact or delete the contact from the LoLo group.

To view detailed information about a contact, simply click the magnifying glass icon  to the left of their name, or you can click anywhere on the contact row. This will take you to a dedicated page where you can access the same green "Edit" button, which appears as a pencil within a square. Once you click this button, a contact form will open, allowing you to make your desired changes. After you have finished editing, be sure to click the "Save" button to apply your updates.
