How do I update the gift area for a recipient?

You can edit your contacts' gift area from the Contacts page.

 

To update your recipients' gift area/zone:
  • Inside your LoLo account, click on the “Contacts” tab on the left hand menu.
  • To the far right of each contact (you may have to scroll), you’ll see an “Edit” button that looks like a pencil in a square: image-png-2

Don’t see an edit button to the far right? You may have a CRM integration in place that allows edits inside of the CRM only. To edit your contact(s) info, log into your CRM and update the contact there. The new info will feed to LoLo.

  • When you click the Edit button, each contact info field will open up and you can make edits to each - name, email and phone are open fields, Gift Area will allow you to select from a dropdown.

Don't see any other gift areas to choose from? There may only be one gift zone in your area at this time.

  • Choose the new gift area you’d like to select for each recipient.
  • Click the green check mark button to the far right of the contact, where the pencil icon was previously: image-png-3
  • Alternatively, you can click the magnifying glass to the far right of the contact, and then from the contact details page, click the pencil in the square to edit the contact's details there.

What does "Building Enrollment" mean? Building enrollment means that we’ve had enough interest to add an area to our potential launch list, but we need to reach the minimum number of required gift recipients enrolled in order to set the date of launch. The more signups we have with contacts in that area, the closer we’ll get to launch. Typically, we need to see a minimum of 750 recipients enrolled to launch a new gift area.
