Make sure you've added all of your contact info, along with your photo, to your profile.
How to edit your profile:
- Log into your LoLo account
- Click on your name in the bottom left corner
- Choose “View Profile”
- Make any needed updates
- Click "Save" at the bottom right of the page
You can edit the following from the profile:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Alternatively, you can use a Team Name instead of First/Last Name (Optional)
- Email Address*
- Phone Number (Optional)
- Website (Optional)
- License Number (Optional)
- Password
- Enabling of Two-Factor Authentication (Optional, unless you belong to an enterprise account that has enabled it for all users) Learn More Here
- Your Profile Photo (Optional)
- Alcohol Gift Preferences (Learn more details alcohol settings)
*Can't edit your email address? If the email address on your account is grayed out this means you have a CRM system sync in place that is supplying the matching email address inside the CRM. To edit your email address, edit it inside your CRM.
