Setting Up Your Profile

Make sure you've added all of your contact info, along with your photo, to your profile.

How to edit your profile:

  1. Log into your LoLo account 
  2. Click on your name in the bottom left corner
  3. Choose “View Profile”
  4. Make any needed updates
  5. Click "Save" at the bottom right of the page



 

You can edit the following from the profile:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Alternatively, you can use a Team Name instead of First/Last Name (Optional)
  • Email Address*
  • Phone Number (Optional)
  • Website (Optional)
  • License Number (Optional)
  • Password
  • Enabling of Two-Factor Authentication (Optional, unless you belong to an enterprise account that has enabled it for all users) Learn More Here
  • Your Profile Photo (Optional)
  • Alcohol Gift Preferences (Learn more details alcohol settings)

*Can't edit your email address? If the email address on your account is grayed out this means you have a CRM system sync in place that is supplying the matching email address inside the CRM. To edit your email address, edit it inside your CRM.
