Setting Up Your Profile

Make sure you've added all of your contact info, along with your photo, to your profile.

 

How to edit your profile:

  1. Log into your LoLo account 
  2. Click on your name in the bottom left corner
  3. Choose “View Profile”
  4. Make any needed updates
  5. Click "Save" at the bottom right of the page
     

You can edit the following from the profile:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Alternatively, you can use a Team Name instead of First/Last Name (Optional)
  • Email Address*
  • Phone Number (Optional)
  • Website (Optional)
  • Realtor License Number (Optional)
  • Password
  • Enabling of Two-Factor Authentication (Optional, unless you belong to an enterprise account that has enabled it for all users)
  • Opt-in to receive texts from LoLo with account updates
  • Enabling of opt-in for your contacts to opt in to receive texts from you (Optional)
  • Your Profile Photo (Optional)
  • Alcohol Gift Preferences (click for more details about these settings)

Scroll down below your profile settings to view a preview of how your info will look in the gift emails. 

(NOTE: The example gift is randomly selected and may not be something you can/will send or something from your area.)


*Can't edit your email address? If the email address on your account is grayed out this means you have a CRM system sync in place that is supplying the matching email address inside the CRM. To edit your email address, edit it inside your CRM.
